Hey there, I’m Anthony Young, your friendly neighborhood tech enthusiast hailing from Austin, Texas. As a devoted husband and proud father of two, I've mastered the balancing act of family life and professional endeavors with finesse.

With a background in Sales and a lifelong passion for technology, I've been tinkering with gadgets since my youth. Now, I'm thrilled to channel that passion into helping professionals tackle their toughest business challenges.

When I'm not diving into the digital realm, you'll find me making waves in swimming or capturing stunning aerial shots as a drone pilot. Talk about versatility, right?

 Ryan comes to us by way of Philadelphia, PA.  He has experience in multiple industries of sales, has an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and has worked in sourcing, as well as Opposition Research.  As an ex-professional runner, he spends his spare time training for marathons, and coaching a club team twice a week in his home city.  Ryan is passionate about helping companies find the best possible training plan to help their teams all scale up to be superheroes through the many programs and channels Captain Hyperscaler has to offer!  Being able to identify what it will take for a team or department to reach that next level and have someone show them different avenues of achieving a set goal is something that Ryan has a knack for through his athletic, coaching, educational, and professional background. 

 Dwayne Natwick is the CEO/Owner and Technical Training Architect Lead of Captain Hyperscaler, LLC. He provides ISACA, CompTIA, and Microsoft training and builds content for Captain Hyperscaler's custom courses.  He also leads the training practice to insure consistency of training and delivery for all of Captain Hyperscaler's clients. Dwayne is a third-party accredited trainer through APMG.

Dwayne has been in IT, cloud, and security design and architecture for close to 40 years. His love of teaching led him to become an ISACA Accredited Instructor, ISC2 Authorized Instructor, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Regional Lead, a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Security and Azure, CompTIA trainer, and AWS Community Builder for Identity and Security.

Dwayne has a master’s degree in Business IT from Walsh College.  His certifications include the CRISC from ISACA, the CISSP, CGRC, CCSP, and CC from ISC2, 20+ Microsoft certifications, including Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, and Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, multiple CompTIA certifications, and AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Dwayne can be found providing and sharing information on social media, industry conferences, his blog site, podcasts, and his YouTube channel.

Alan Yue is a Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperscaler's ISACA training. He has multiple certifications from ISACA, ISC2, PMI, AWS, and Microsoft. Alan is a third-party accredited trainer through APMG.

Alan provides services as a seasoned instructor with over 37 years of professional experience. Alan specializes in enterprise risk management disciplines including, but not limited to, governance, risk, compliance, resilience and continuity, information security, strategic project, program, and portfolio management. Alan delivers relevant content relating integrated strategies, frameworks, models, and management systems with practical application for implementation and credentialing. 

Alan has cross industry experience including, but not limited to: U.S. Government / Department of Defense; Software Development; Healthcare; Financial services; Solar and Wind Energy; Public utilities; K-12 and secondary education; Nonprofit; Civil engineering and construction management; Hospitality; Pharmaceutical; Retail consumer products; Automotive manufacturing; Processed food manufacturing; Corporate training; and, Natural resources. Jonah Andersson is a Technical Training Architect for Captian Hyperscaler's Azure infrastructure and development solutions.

Jonah Andersson is a skilled Developer, Cloud & DevOps Engineer in Sweden. She works as a Senior Azure Consultant at Solidify AB.

With academic background in Computer Science and System Development, Jonah specializes in .NET technologies and has cloud development expertise in Microsoft Azure.

As a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Microsoft Azure technologies, as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and international public speaker, Jonah has earned a reputation as a cloud computing and development expert. She wrote and has authored a book on the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure titled Learning Microsoft Azure: Cloud Computing and Development Fundamentals (O'Reilly Media).

Jonah enjoys tackling complex problems and is passionate about developing modern applications in .NET using modern cloud technologies like Azure. She is committed to continuous learning and enjoys connecting with other developers through tech communities and international public events.

In addition to her technical work, Jonah is a committed and inclusive community leader in the Nordics. She founded and is leading the Azure User Group Sweden, a tech community focused on Azure for cloud development.

Jonah advocates for gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the tech industry. She was awarded as the Developer of the Year at Nordic Women in Tech Awards.

She volunteers as a mentor to young women seeking to build careers in tech and is a passionate public speaker on these topics. Jonah is also the co-host of the ExtendWomenInTech Podcast, where she shares inspiration to inspire tech and promote inclusive tech for everyone.

Vickie Gray is a Technical Training Architect for Captian Hyperscaler's Governance, Risk, and Compliance as well as ITIL process improvement services.

Vickie has over 20 years’ experience training and consulting on software development, data analysis, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process and controls assessment and improvement, entrepreneurship, and product development team effectiveness.

She has assessed and developed processes for enterprise customers in the domains of:

Vickie lives in Nova Scotia with her husband and adopted greyhound. She is a member of the international Competition League for Amateur Solo Pipers, and when she is not teaching or working in her garden, is often seen (and heard) playing her bagpipes to fundraise for Autism Nova Scotia.

Matthew Browne is a Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperscaler, LLC. He is providing CompTIA, EC-Council, and Cloud Security Alliance training and workshops to our clients.

A Microsoft Azure and Security MVP who is A Multi Certified Security Practitioner, Matthew has over 12 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting and securing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Extensive experience with core solutions (compute, storage, networking, security, virtualization, VDI deployments), Azure PAAS and SAAS solutions (Microsoft365).

Experience leading internal, vendor, and stakeholder teams using various project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

In addition, Matthew’s expert 360 knowledge of IaC methodologies and tools including Azure , PowerShell and 3rd party governance risk and compliance tools , underpins his proficiency in leveraging same in the performance of his duties from build to production roll-out.

Having worked for some of Ireland’s leading Cloud & Cyber Security Services and Solution providers, Matthew has gained invaluable, in-depth knowledge of all cloud environments - public, private, hybrid - and it is these many layered experiences that have equipped him with the skills to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities with pinpoint accuracy.

 Taz Chikwakwata is a Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperccaler, LLC with a focus on Cyber Leadership, Cyber Resilience, Cyber Strategy, Governance, Risk and Compliance.

He has over 15 years of experience in senior cybersecurity and IT roles with extensive experience in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). He is an Authorised ISC2 Instructor as well a PECB Certified Trainer. Outside of his Computer Science Bachelor’s Honours degree, his credentials include CISSP, ITIL and ISO 27001, 22301 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor certifications.

As a corporate trainer and consultant, his experience spans across multiple industries which include the US Government General Services Administration; US Navy, US Defense Information Systems Agency, Real Estate, Mining, Military, Retail Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Construction and Engineering.

In an effort to contribute to advancing the cybersecurity profession and giving back to the community, Taz has invested his time in several international speaking opportunities where he has shared his thought leadership around cybersecurity and its current applicability in industry. He has also been co-opted into national cybersecurity initiatives to build cyber labs for police forces and takes time to write cybersecurity articles for international security publications. To support the industries future, Taz is a part time mentor for cybersecurity bootcamps where he has the opportunity to share his industry knowledge with the next generation of cybersecurity experts.

 Dan Gora is Technical Training Architect specializing in Cloud Security Architecture and Secure Application Development.

He is a Lead Cloud Security Architect at Eviden, specializing in Cloud-Native Security, DevSecOps, and Application Security. He boasts expertise in building and securing hybrid and multi-cloud environments on Azure, AWS, and GCP, complemented by his proficiency in both offensive and defensive cybersecurity. Located in Edinburgh, Scotland, and originally from Germany, 

Dan actively contributes to cybersecurity organizations through his roles as OWASP Frankfurt Chapter Lead and German Board Member, as well as his involvement with the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA). His credentials include ISC2 CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, and CC certifications. In his leisure time, Dan is an enthusiastic Scottish munro-bagger. 

Derek is a Technical Training Architect specializing in Azure Networking, Infrastructure, and Security.

Derek Smith works as the Cloud Practice Director, Microsoft Azure at Trace3. As part of the Cloud Solutions Team, he engages with clients to help transform their business applications, operations and initiatives to Microsoft Azure. Additionally, Derek also regularly serves within the Azure Community as a Mentor, Public Speaker, Content Creator, and Enthusiast for all things Azure Public Cloud.

  Scott is a Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperscaler's AI and machine learning certifications and workshops. 

He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with multiple certifications in the AI and Machine Learning space. Scott is an accomplished technical trainer with over 20 years of experience empowering teams globally on the latest innovations in cloud, data, and AI. He specializes in designing and delivering hands-on technical training for IT staff, engineers, and business leaders seeking to upskill.Scott began his career at Microsoft, where he authored courses on Microsoft Enterprise products, instructed Microsoft technical staff globally, and ensured technical certification exams measured real-world skills. He later led training development for Microsoft’s consumer customer service organization, spearheading a transition to scalable online learning.Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated a talent for breaking down complex concepts, resolving issues through data analysis, and motivating teams. 

His training style focuses on immersive hands-on learning grounded in real-world problems that drive home key lessons. Mentorship and coaching are also central to Scott’s approach.When he’s not enabling technical excellence at global organizations, Scott enjoys recreational basketball, mountain biking, and expanding his palate of Israeli wines.  Elkhan Yusubov is the Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperscaler, LLC, who is providing HL7 and Microsoft Azure training courses and is open to customizing them for your organizational needs.

Based in the Washington D.C. area, he provides Microsoft, HL7, and Azure training courses to a wide audience of learners. 

He has been in IT, Cloud Operations, software development, and Architecture design for close to 25 years. 

His love of teaching started way back in high school and led him to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2007, which continued as a learning journey to become an MCT Regional Lead and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Microsoft Azure in the last 5 years. He is also a technical trainer with courses published on the LinkedIn learning platform and a published author.

Elkhan has a master’s degree in Computer Science and Risk Managment from Linkoping University in Sweden.  His technical certifications include the HL7 and 24+ Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Azure Architecture, Administration, DevOps, IoT, Database Administration and Microsoft Security area.  Abdul Kazi is a Technical Training Architect for Captain Hyperscaler, LLC.
Based out of Toronto, Canada Abdul is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Azure, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), 8x Microsoft certified Cloud Architect and has been working with Microsoft Azure since 2014. 

He has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University U.S.A. He is passionate about Microsoft technologies especially Azure and shares his knowledge with the community by speaking at various conferences/user groups.
